As part of my listing services, I give you a Free Coldwell Banker Home Protection Plan. It protects you from the cost of unexpected, covered repairs while your home is on the market. Like problems with plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems.

The warranty is issued by American Home Shield and can spare you the cost of covered issues detected during a home inspection.* At closing, the plan converts to a year-long home warranty for the buyer. And this is a great marketing tool for increasing your home's attractiveness. As it may sway a buyer to waive the home inspection. At a minimum, it covers the cost of rekeying the property for the buyers and serves to provide peace of mind regarding home-maintenance expenses during the first year of home ownership.

Yes, you get a professionally designed single property website featuring only your home. The benefit of a single-property website is that viewers are not distracted by other listings while touring your home online. Like they are on Zillow and other multiple listing websites.

Also, you will be able to share this website with your friends and family.

AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY & VIRTUAL TOUR

Your property is in a very desirable location. Once your property has been staged and fully prepared for the market, we will create an amazing video tour. We will use drone-aerial photography to capture the location.

Plus, we will create a virtual tour of your home's interior, showcasing each room. The accompanying video provides an example of the technology we will use.

Again the cost or producing this video is included in my listing services fee.

The brochure creative starts with you. You share with me your home's story and I become an expert on the details and features. Next, I develop the brochure copy, ensuring the accuracy of all information. And then I manage the design process. Lastly, your home's brochures are professionally printed on quality paper stock. The result is a glossy property brochure with polished writing and stunning home photos — a Mini Magazine for Your Home!
