Professional Property Stylist and Luxury Home Specialist Lenny Nadja Rein and I toured the home yesterday.

Lenny will provide full staging services with furnishings (a couch in the living room), fine art and accessories. Lina thought the dining room table and chairs, the kitchen table, and couches in the great room will stay. As well as, the beds in the bedrooms. Please let us know once you finalize the furniture that will remain.

We will use drone aerial photography to capture the scenic river and private, cul-de-sac setting. As well as, your backyard oasis — the pool and spa.

We will have 100 professionally printed trifold brochures of your property (complete with stunning photos) printed. And then insert them into extra-large silver envelopes and mail them to your neighbors. These announcements standout in people's mailboxes. Recipients do not toss them without reading, because they appear to be invitations.


We will advertise your home in one of the region's prime print publications. Either Boston Magazine or North Shore Magazine

We will create a YouTube™ ad for your property. A professionally produced 30-second video of your listing served to a targeted audience before they watch a YouTube video. Your video will receive 3,300-property views by people interested in moving to the area.

Your listing ad is also posted to the Coldwell Banker Realty New England YouTube channel, exploiting its search engine optimization benefits. And from YouTube, people can then share the video on social media. Including you and your family.

Additionally, we will run geographically targeted ads for 10 days to a local audience online and on social media.


Your home gets extensive online exposure when you list with me. First, I add your listing to the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) used by licensed real estate agents. Your listing is then syndicated to hundreds of popular real estate websites — including Zillow®,®, and trulia — to be viewed by potential buyers around the world.
